any obstruction of justice. >> thank you. >> eric: the northeast taken out for the big blizzard of 2018. that cyclone bomb, travelers to the airport, take a look, they are steamy, dealing with long lines to rebook their flights. the airport is a mess. a nightmare. lost luggage. hours spent on the tarmac. in one case the plane sat for seven hours waiting for gate. airline flyers saying they diverted from jfk again with overseas flight going to atlanta and through customs before they get back to jfk. >> one of the nation's busiest airports is having a difficult weekend. jfk week airport has had cancellations and epic delays since the snowstorm hit. but now a water main break

flooded a terminal. this was flooded three hours ago after a water main burst causing it to go into the area. the fire department is on the same. here are exhausted passengers pushed to the brink. crowded after the break. this, after travelers were stuck on the tarmac in their airplanes for three to five more hours. some say no bathrooms, no water food. people slept in the airport for two days. there's a backlog of flights with the storm. too many landed at the same time. not enough gates. port authority had to bring a portable staircases.

once the baggage claim, another nightmare ensued. people waited for hours for their bags. many left without their bags arrived at their destinations to find their banks never made it. also collusion between two passenger airplanes colliding on the tarmac. no one was injured. ninety-four plates flights were canceled on saturday. seventeen flights were diverted. the port authority said they said things were improving before the break saying that runways and taxiways are operational. airlines in recovery mode rebooking passengers. frigid temperatures cause failures and slower than normal operations. customers may get delays particularly for international flights. i just spoke with brett larson, he had a flight at 1030 to go to

shot has been placed on administrative leave. is there potential liability on the part of the officer or the police department? >> i believe there is some liability on their part. we have to consider the fact that the phone call was made by the defendant but the individual who made the call was still on the call with dispatch at the time the shot took place. we have an individual the victim, who walked up hands up, no phone in his hand at all. >> had the officer on the scene know if the 911 dispatch was on the phone with who is tyler at the time. >> they should've looked at that. dispatch in the police department should affect communications with one another. there is a lack of communication. because of this the police
